radio code for ford falcon

i am trying to get the unlock code for an AUII cd player. i have been to ford and they told me the code was not recorded for some reason (friday afternoon rush job in my opinion) could anyone please help, i have the serial number of the radio.

Post all the details on the label on the radio casing and we will be able to tell you if a code is available here

ok thanks.... the only info i could get is the serial number of the stereo.... 156488506401 ....... thanks to anyone that can help....i need my tunes back
