Cabasse Auditorium 6 cd changer

Hi everybody,
I have a problem that it seams even Renault dealer can't or doesn't want to resolve.
I bought a 2002 Laguna 2.2 Auto Initiale with Cabasse Auditorium 6 cd changer (Amp in the boot) + Carminator GPS.
From which I know the cd changer was replaced with an identical model so it is not the one the car came with in 2002

Any help will be much appreciated. On thursday I will need to go again at Renault dealer, so even if you cant help me with the code maybe you can give me some hints on what to do next.

Err Code. It drives me nuts. It's because the CdChanger was changed?
The car had just the Garmin Nav + The radio (amp) in the boot and I bought a 6 cd changer, connected everything, and still gives me Error Code.
