Renault Twingo radio code and some issues

Hi to everyone, I have a problem with my Renault Twingo (dec. 2002).

I changed the car battery so I have to unlock my radio. The problem is that I lost the manual with the radio instruction and serial number... Have I to remove the radio to check the serial number or exists a code that works for every kind of radio? Mine is a 2002 twingo.

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

First remove the radio from the dashboard.
