Radio unlock code request

Apologies for my first post being a cry for help but I'm desperate.
I have changed the battery in my son's 2005 Renault Master and lost the code.
It's the original Renault "Tuner List" 22DC279/62 radio with the serial number 7700433948TU394.
If anyone can help out I'd be most grateful.

Just tried 5697, no good I'm afraid.

The handbook says 0446 but that doesn't work either, am I entering the code correctly?
After I get the numbers to display, I press button 5 until I get a "beep", the numbers just stay up.

5697 is the correct code for the numbers quoted so check your numbers again.
If correct then it looks as though your radio may have been recoded to a different number


Please check again serial number.

5697 is correct using Security Number U394 ...Make sure the letter is U for UNCLE and not V for VICTOR

Also make sure that you press the final button that stores the code ( 5 or 6 or ¬ ) for at least 10 seconds
