Lost code GM VDO CDR 500

Hi, due to battery exchange I lost the code for GM VDO CDR 500 (E), GM050011119599, VDO 326559176, 2F4, NO: 24 469 302, 003 0143 1119599, 9022 214 03759 00, WA000143. Can anyone help please?

Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
