Please help finding code for Chrysler car radio

Hi,

My daughter bought me a nice second hand Chrysler radio with two big knobs (better for me then automatic tuning) to put in our boat.
On the front is says 'antitheft', so I presume there will be a code.
The text and numbers on the top half of the sticker on top of the device:

Model No P05064067AD A
supplier: 52884
Issue: 1 DATE CODE 1445
Serial No: T 00 AM 144 5 H0090

It also says" Made in Japan
may 24 / 2005

Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
