Jeep XJ Alpine radio code

Dear all,

I need some help please! I had to disconnect the battery of my car and, as a result, I now have to enter a 4-digit code when I turn the radio on.
The radio is an Alpine
The numbers on the radio read:
Chrysler P04859504AD-A
S/N T Q1 AA 309 9 E9507

Any help would be very appreciated!
