Renault Clio Philips code required. Please help!

The Renault Clio (1999) of my sister had a dead battery. That I have solved, but now the radio requires a code which she doesn't have. I would be very happy with a little help!
I made pictures of the codes of the radio and put them in attachment, since I do not know which code is/are required.
