Radio Code Needed Please

I have been asked to look at at a stereo after some one else had discconted the battery and lost the stereo code. The owner of the car went and paid for a new code at the local dealership and tried to put it in but for some reason it does not work can any one help pleasse.
The serial number of the unit it RNRDBEA0914793
The security Number is R255
This stereo is out of a 2007 megan. I hope this is all of the information that is needed.
