I've tried yesterday the procedure and the code. Here's what i noticed:

The whole procedure done with no KeyCard inserted takes no effects:
the radio swithes ON and behaves like with no procedure.

The procedure with a KeyCard inserted taker these effects:

Procedure . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . effects of procedure

Press And Hold "FM" and Preset " 1 "
and Switch Radio On . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Radio switches ON
. . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . ... . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Display will show " ---- "

once digited the code 6169
and "Tune Up" button . . . . . ..... .. .. .. .. ... ... .Display shows frequency


If the KeyCard is extracted . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Display shows " Learn "
.................................................. ...............for a while , then frequency

Is that a procedure to obtain ( produce ) a new KeyCard useful with my unit , writin another one ( blank or paire to another unit) ?
