Siemens VDO CDR500 code please

Hello as the tittle says I'm trying to find a code for my Vauxhall stereo which lost its code after I charged the battery. It is a Siemens VDO CDR500(E) serial number GM050042373451. Hope this is enough info and any help would be great.

Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service
It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
