Please help unlock Vauxhall Corsa CAR300 radio

Not sure of the morality of a dealership asking a near 70 year old woman for £25 to unlock her radio after she had her car battery replaced and thankfully she refused...so please can anyone help out my mother?

Not sure what information you need but as the title states it's a CAR300 radio in a Vauxhall Corsa. A working unlock code would make my mum most happy!
