I have a huge problem. Our radio dos not work after batery change. I have a code, but it is wrong! Please help me!

Part n.: 7 612 300 511
I can see an other number: 3S7T 18K931 CA
The producer code is in the manual: 4329 (Do not work with this code)
Possible to change this code?
