JVC KD-PDR41 Unlock code.

Hi, I recently bought a car with a locked JVC KD-PDR41. All the instructions are in either Polish, Magyar or Czech so not sure what information I need to provide but gathered the following from the radio unit itself.

Model Number - PU-2294A (C)
What I gathered was a serial number - C70000001356

There were some other barcodes so if anything else is needed let me know.
