There was no error on the serial number and no longer on the code that is 55121
Either there is a problem with the radio.
Either your radio was recoded.

Thanks again Gonclaves, I guess I have to decide if it is worth paying to get decoded as it may damaged or simply get a radio that also has an ipod input etc.
Novice on radios but what connections should I get if I want the steering wheel buttons to work and also the disk cartridge under the seat, or simply look for one with the same connections as mine!

The Code 55121 is in the Pre-Delivery inspection sheet.

Have you removed the radio from the dashboard and Model No: BE 4765
Serial no: 45019800 are the details on the label on the metal case ?

Thanks for that Goncalves, tried the code again and it still will not work, had one shot this time before the message Code Wait, left it with ignition on for 10 minutes and tried again and had three goes before the Warning. Does this mean that it is codelocked as it does not say that
