Added world's first support for F400K, F400L, F400S and F460S, and additional support for D851, D851TN, D851WH, L22, LS980, LS995.

- F400L - added world's first Direct Unlock, Repair IMEI, Repair BT Address, Repair Wi-Fi Address, Read/Write NVM, Read Security, Write Security Backup, Read/Write QCN, Read Full Flash (Dump NAND)

Note: Before performing Direct Unlock/Repair IMEI/Repair BT Address/Repair Wi-Fi Address operations on F400K/F400L/F400S/F460S devices, don't forget to create (read out) backups of Security and QCN.
