DIAG Mode not supported - Galaxy S5 SM-G900A

Device support list indicates this model is supported however, when setting up for repair using *#9090# the phone says this mode is not supported. This prevents any IMEI repair.

What is the solution to this problem?

First make a hard reset also wipe cache. Then flash phone with unofficial firmware then try.
