    --> Added "Easy Flashing" Mode for DEAD and ALIVE PHONE
    ----> No need to press VOLUME DOWN Button (Just Connect USB Cable to POWERED OFF PHONE)
    --> Fixed Dead Mode detection on WP 8.0 (bug from 11.45)
