Some things about me

I work as a technician in a franchise telephone services company.
In reality i just show old people where is the button that switch on their phone :P
I came from the computer world so i am kinda new to the phone stuff, although i have rooted, hardware fix or un-brick some devices. I will need all the help i can get from you and i 'll be glad if i can be of any help to anyone.
