Huawei MT1-U06 Restart continue problem

Hello , have in my handles this Huawei MT1-U06 that not want Boot and is continue restarting, cannot power OFF and Enter in RECOVERY MODE, (Only Default Recovery), PC say only when restart, any Help???

Customer not say me nothingh of what have done, no fallen or water only in this condiction... have tryed too installing one TWRP from SD but was wrong TWRP.... tryed to flashing via Default Recovery Folder "dload>UPDATE.AP" copyed in Sd Card but say E: sd Card No Such Directory, (or anythingh of this) ...
please anyone can suggest me if can try to repair with any Flasher, if flash one Full Zip fw or only Kernel...any help is accepted...

@GSM KING MAKER, can answer here please?...now phone enter in Fastboot mode but if i send command for only Boot.img and Recovery.img from one firmware (i used Extractor), for send UPDATE.APP later device return with error...Write OK but after...Remote command itc failed...must need of Unlock Bootloader first?...but how to if phone is in Bootloop, restart continue...can help here please?
