iPhone X No outgoing calls

I have an iPhone X and recently I encounter an issue with it. I cannot make phone calls through b\my iPhone but WhatsApp calls. I get incoming calls from other users without any issues. Does any have a similar experience with iPhone X?

If you have problems with WhatsApp calls, try connecting to another network (Wi-Fi instead of a mobile network or vice versa). Perhaps your network is not configured properly for UDP (User Datagram Protocol), which may interfere with the normal operation of WhatsApp calls. Power saving mode and Bluetooth connection can also cause problems with WhatsApp calls. I usually use WhatsApp for work, and we have refurbished computers; therefore, I know all the subtleties of setting up such devices.
