It is possible that DAT0 point is wrong. There is few pinouts posted on forums, but nobody confirmed any yet.
If You look under eMMC chip from aside, can You access or see balls on this side ?

How to find without remove emmc

In that case very hard to program chip directly.


Here is idea to access chip DAT0 ball with thin needle, but I'm not sure if this is possible.
Just in case, here is pinout, top view:

Touch data0 without remove emmc not possible
Any other point or remove emmc is the only solution?

I'm not sure - only pinout where is DAT0 marked is the one I've posted before.
There is another pinout, but DAT0 point is marked under CPU. It's possible that it's routed directly from emmc to cpu in some of the layers, or it could be accessible from other side of PCB.
This cannot be determined without removing emmc from board.
