RIFF 2 hangs on "Setting update mode"

Hi guys...

I'm trying to set up my new RIFF 2. It's telling me to update the box's firmware and when I do, it goes smoothly until it gets to a "Setting update mode" dialog, and then it hangs. I've tried Win 10 and Win 7 and each gives the same result.

Riff 2 box shows that it's in RECOVERY and when I try to update firmware, it stalls at: "Setting update mode".

I have tried the old trick of unplugging and plugging it back in but that didn't help.

Can't get RIFF 2 to get out of recovery mode or get past this point. If anyone can help, I'd truly appreciate it.

When box restarts to update mode, You need to install driver (Update port driver is not same as LPC Device driver).
Driver is located in RIFF JTAG Manager\Drivers\32bit or 64bit directory.
