    hello there,
    Hi, I am from Philippines new user of Riff Box 2. May I ask why I am having trouble downloading from support site and updates. it was super slow my average download in support site was 17kbps while I have stable internet connection which has average download to other site from 800kbps to 1mbps. why I have terrible download speed in your server?

    This problem is caused by routes (backbone links) Your ISP uses to access Europe based servers.
    Sometime using free VPN can improve speed, so You should try it.
