Hello,
I've just received Riffbox2 with RC2000 and Moorc adapter 5 in 1.

I've to program blank BGA directly, I've not understood which kind of frequency and voltage I've to use because I don't know where to find them

I tried to find the datasheets in internet but I've not found documents with these information

For example I've to program BGA:
KMR310001M-B611 (Samsung model SM-A500FU)
KMQN10006M-B318 (Samsung model SM-J500FN

I/O voltage - set to 1.8v
Clock - depending on connection quality, it can go up to 51MHz.
Bus width - 4bit

Back port (30 pin) pinout is located in PDF file - \Riff dir\Documents .
In case that You havent downloaded it, go to Box Service -> Check for Updates -> Documents and select "RIFFBOX2 Interface Connectors.pdf"

If I've well understood I've to connect BGA test point to GND for eMMC reading/writing.

I tried using Wire wrap but it seems too thick and I'm not sure all needed BGA pins are well connected

I'm using the Moorc 5 in 1 adapter: JTAG-ISP 5in1 MOORC Adapter

Can you please tell me which is the best practice for doing it?

TP is used only to enter service mode for eMMC controller firmware update.

I've this error code:
Connecting to the SD/eMMC Card Failed (ERR[006E], POS[0003])

I tried using your suggestion settings:
Set I/O Voltage reads as 1.80V, SD_CLK Frequency is 51 MHz
and also
Set I/O Voltage reads as 1.80V, SD_CLK Frequency is 2.55 MHz

I tried with 3 new BGA components

Can you please tell me an indication about the error codes or how to solve this issue?

How did You connected adapter to RIFF Box ? To 30 pin port or to RJ45 port ?

As it works for them, it should so for You too, if adapters are working.

You should ask adapter producer for instructions.
Judging by photos You posted, it appears that You may need to solder eMMC onto adapter for proper connection.
