    Hi,
Can You please upload firehose loader which worked in this phone ?
I'll prepare repair package in that case.

    edit:
Sorry havent read carefully, I see You've used embedded loader.
    >Let me see if there is factory stock rom for this model to download.

      Panasonic_Eluga_L2.riffpkg
Save file to "RepairPacks" folder. Start JTAG Manager, select Panasonic Eluga L2.
On USB TAB click "Check Memory" and after successful connection start eMMC Plugin (Useful Plugins -> eMMC based fullflash plugin).

Click "Parse official firmware" and select "Rawprogram0.xml" from extracted firmware folder.
Click "Flash selected used". After flashing is finished, click "Parse connected memory" and "Adjust GPT for current chip".

      Factory firmware download:

        Thanks for your package.

I tried it but charging light appears for a while and again it goes to Qualcomm Mode.

              Ok, thank You.
I don't see anything wrong with this dump.

Logic says that if charging lights came up, bootchain was alive in phone, otherwise it would not show anything.
It's quite possible that battery is depleted bellow threshold, some qualcomm phones would enumerate as "usb input device" in that case.

Have You measured battery level ?
