Today connected Jtag Port with eMMC.

TMS and TDO, TDI and RTCK short circuit (0Om) work clock speed 8MHz , with 1kOm 7/8MHz not connect and not work function (Work 6MHz).

Thats disturbing to read, but - can You remember if You selected JEDEC or Samsung mode in upper right corner on advanced form ?

At least in one device for sure I selected Samsung. I wonder if I reconnect and read the eMMC, will I be able to resurrect the phones?

You need to read eMMC info (and save it) and also boot partition 1/2 or GPP if exist. It could be that old bug is back, this time on Samsung chips.

I was wondering if the board of the GT-n8000 could be done with the resurrectors ISP even from the counter without being installed on the tablet and then powered by the points of the 3.3 V and 2.8 v.

Just wait for JTAG Manager to ask You for activation. You can't activate it if trial period is already started.

If You had problems updating firmware, You should start new topic and explain what You've tried and what happened.
Box version, Windows version etc.

i have firmware update error, then try again and its firmware write ok recovery mode , i was try download debug ver from first post but i dont have permission for it dont know why.

If You bought RIFF box just few months ago, You must have bought v2, which of course, is permanently activated by default.

So, before we escalate - which box You got there ? Black or white ?
