    Hi,
Please locate resurrection log in JTAGManager.txt (file is located in RIFF directory).
Cut the part related to that phone and paste it here.

Also if You can provide more details on phone state while it was alive - whats the MID, was it rooted or not, simlocked etc and what is it that You wanted to do exactly ?

And You havent bothered to make backup first, or ask here how to downgrade hboot?
SBL1 (secure boot loader 1) is tied to MCU ID and wont execute if MCU ID is wrong. I'll need to dig my HTC files to find a match.

Oh, I forgot to tell You what to do now.

            1. Read 512MB from ROM1 , pack it with winrar/zip and upload here.
            2. Wait for further instructions.

                    MCU ID in phone: 5310E1
                    MCU ID in SBL1: 4210E1

So we need SBL1 with 5310E1 MCU ID, I'll check RUU files because they usually have multiple SBL1 for these models.

Ok, so Sprint version has SBL1 with correct ID.
Save this file to "RepairPacks" folder, select "HTC Evo 3D Sprint" and hit resurrection.

It should write proper bootchain partitions with correct MCU ID, which will enable Fastboot mode.

If You want to play with Hboot, use eMMC plugin and inject function.

Honestly I'm not sure which recovery is best, but check twrp page they have it for most models.
As for rom, check xda-developers forum.
