JTAG working after Firmware update to 1.39

We have 12 Riff boxes and have updated 2 to FW 1.38 (and updated to new plugins). We are unable to perform JTAG operations using the 2 updated units. Most recently we attempted to read NAND memory from a QSC6270 based phone. Using manager v1.58 we can detect the device ID but when using Direct Memory Plugin to read we get this error when "Connect & Flash ID":

Connecting to MCU's NAND Controller...FAILED
ERROR: No response from the RIFF Box.

We have attempted to JTAG 3 different devices with same problem. We have tried two different FW 1.38 Riff Boxes and tried a clean install on a new computer. We have only been able to read flash on these devices by using the Riff boxes which still have old 1.37 firmware, JTAG Manager v1.56, and old plugin.

Please tell any ideas. We would like to update our other Riff boxes for ISP eMMC but must wait untill the JTAG issue is fixed. Also, is there a way to downgrade 1.38 firmaware back to 1.37 if the issue is not fixed soon?

This problem is already reported and work is in progress.

You can downgrade firmware simply by running v1.56 exe and clicking "Firmware Update".
Old server is still running exactly because of cases like this

Please update box firmware to v1.39 which is on server now, and report results here.
ARM 9 and ARM11, together with some Cortex cores were tested, but we didn't had the opportunity to test on QUALCOMM S3/S4 TAP and ARM7 TDMI cores.

since updated i am also trying to do one Samsung i9020T

before we done 1 UNIT and after update to last 1.38 could not do

will test tomorrow morning because today get tired because all time same issue could not connect to riff box , was thinking to post but now feels great to new update

1.56 USE For downgrade

NOW USE 1.58 for Latest 1.39

you must be activated to latest activation for latest version , i think you still using old version , but old version also dont have any of issues
so what is main problem you want to sort ? is clear already OLD Version have nothing to do with new version UPDATE because everything is changed in NEW Version .

then you must know also , 1.38 Version of firmware only for LATEST Paid activation ONLY , so its for new users who already did activated for 1.38

as wrote before older than 1.38 have nothing to do with new versions
