There is repair bootloader option, You can use it.

However, I do not recommend it, at least not before making backup. I am 100% positive that Your phone has hardware fault (of course if You did not do anything else but wipe data).

To write full backup would take too much time with old RIFF because of slow speed. I'm not even sure full backup exists.

Bootloader repair will enable phone to enter recovery (if hw is not damaged) , from where You can flash ozip file.

Oppo A3s has few variants, You need to know exact CPH model.

You can download CPH1803 extracted firmware, and flash it using eMMC Plugin. It's very slow with old box, but possibly can help if You can't get anything faster.

After flashing, GPT needs to be adjusted.
eMMC plugin -> Parse official firmware -> raprogram0.xml -> flash selected used.

Backup files created only if reset is done via eMMC/UFS partition plugin.

I think You probably selected wrong model and used reset from resurrection TAB. To see what exactly You did, you need to upload your jtagmanager.txt file here and post exact date when You made reset on phone.
