tengo un motorola w218 de la compaņia movistar mexico y pasa que nada me lo reconocia lo que hice fue carlarle un falash con polar y ahora me aparece phone hacked2 saben ustedes si lo puedo revivir con algun monster flash o full flash ?

I have a motorola W218 from movistar mexico, it came to me and no tool can connect it, the I could flash it with polar, now the display says phone hacked2 do you know how to repair this problem, with a monster flash or full flash?
