Saludos y problema con V191

Buenas a todos, una gran satisfacción ver el soporte en español de esta grandiosa box que nos tiene bien abandonados , aunque tengo esperanza que pronto llegará un update.

Mi problema es con un v191 que abriendole bandas con la version 2.15 de motoRocker me lo mató por completo.

El equipo quedó en modo Blank y no hay poder humano que lo saque de alli. A continuación posteo todos los procedimientos que he hecho:

1- Vale aclarar que no se porque la version 2.15 de motoRocker no habilita la opcion repair para este modelo

2- Con motorocker 2.14: hice Tp, le di repair y sale Bootloader no supported

3- Le meti una full flash y nada

4- Con otras cajas lo he intentado hacer pero me bota error y con otra herramienta supuestamente lo repara pero no, sigue en modo blank

Que puedo hacer???

Hi to all, I have a great satisfaction to see spanish support of this great box, that has abandoned to us, but I have hope that a new update is coming soon.

The problem I have is with a v191, when I was trying to unlock it with Motorocker version 2.15, just kill the phone.

The phone stays in blank mode, and there's no human power to take it away from that state.
Here are the procedures I've done:

1- I don't know why Motorocker 2.15 doesn't enable repair option for this model.

2- With Motorocker 2.14: Do Tp, Repair and popups message "Bootloader not supported".

3- I flashed it with full flash and nothing.

4- I've try to repair it with other boxes, but gives Boot Error, and with another tool, that suppous it can repair it but not, it is in blank mode.

What I can do???

Hi, first thing to do is tespoint procedure correctly, coz if you're getting "Bootloader not supported" maybe is for a bad TP.

Once you have done TP correctly, then try to do repair two times, TP repair then TP repair again, and then flash it with full flash.

All V191 I've done were always success!!
I just do it without TP procedure, that in the last step, after the unlock, stays phone with ERR:SIG but final step brings back to it original state, and unlocked ofcourse.

Hola, lo primero que debes hacer es hacer el procedimiento de testpoint correctamente, porque si te sale "Bootloader not supported" tal vez es por un mal TP.

Una vez que tengas el TP echo correctamente, entonces intenta repararlo dos veces, TP repair luego TP repair nuevamente, y luego flashealo con una full flash.

Todos los V191 que he echo, fueron siempre exitosos!!
Simplemente los hago con el procedimiento sin TP, que en el paso final, luego del unlock, deja al telefono en ERR:SIG pero el paso final lo devuelve a su estado original, desbloqueado por su puesto.

Escribe los resultados!

First Thank you for traduce my las post jeje. Second look the TP is correct, the phone is not recongnized without TP. With my TP is recognized with BLANK mode, then the TP is correct.

Can you give me other sugestion? Why motoRocker 2.15 dont enable for this model the repair opcion?

Oh perdon, yo no sabia que yo tenia que escribir en ambos idiomas. Por favor podrian revisar esta regla?, para mi no tiene coherencia o sentido escribir en ingles en un foro de soporte en español. Pero esta bien.

Ademas tarda mucho en escribir en los dos idiomas, pero ahi aprenderemos a traducir entonces

Primero gracias por traducirme el post anterior. Segundo mira, el Tp está echo correctamente, el telefono no lo reconoce el PC al conectarlo inciialmente, solo con TP lo reconoce en modo BLANK. Entonces si estuviera mal echo el PC no lo reconoceria de ninguna manera.

Que otra sugerencia me puedes dar? sabes porque el motoRocker 2.15 no me habilita para este modelo la opción de repair??

Yes I know it is a little bit complicated to write in english and spanish at the same time, mor even when you come here to look for a support in spanish, but rules are rules and Legija put these rules, we maybe can review this rule as you said, meanwhile is this way.

I dunno why Repair button isn't aviable in motorocker 2.15, but have you try to do Repair with motorocker 2.14 as I told you?

My experience repairing this kind of problems, told me that some times isn't just one repair stage, you have to do repair more than once and always try full flash before, and check that is same version that phone shows.

Try to do something of this and then post results.

Si ya se que es un tanto complicado escribir en ambos idiomas al mismo tiempo, pero reglas son reglas y Legija puso estas reglas, podemos tal vez considerar esta regla como has dicho, mientras tanto es de esta manera.

No se porque el boton repair no esta disponible en motorocker 2.15, pero has intentado hacer repair como te dije con motorocker 2.14?

Mi experiencia reparando este tipo de problemas, me dice que a veces no es un solo paso de repair, sino que mas de una vez tenes que hacer repair y siempre intentar flashear una full flash luego y asegurate que sea la misma version que muestra el telefono.

Intenta hacer algo de esto y entonces postea los resultados.
