M7600 unlock error, need some help.

I have a M7600 for unlock.
Phone is in Qualcomm mode like in the picture.

Used 1.27 Samsung module
Used microusb cable.

What should be done to unlock this phone.

Tried again, but fixed port cant be changed.

Reinstalled windows.
Installed only rocker dongle and qualcomm drivers from support.
disabled fixed com ports.
Is a step forward but still error.

Hello! you need install correct drivers for QC Model.Clean first all modens
is not in use and Drivers in device manager.In normal mode (phone on)
with any GSM card (not accepted or accepted) connect phone and try
unlock.But this phone is not easy unlock.
