If you don't have this cable you can use E700.
Is Normal RJ45.Is Full compatible with C417.

Not sir....X540 cable does not do anything on phone..even not enter in TAT Mode...I have already tested other cables and only one E700 try to enter in TAT Mode but always says: Comunication Error1 as you can see on picture attached here......

As you can see that cable shows Samgund Rocker: "D800" is wrong.....not fits in phone.

What can I do?

PS: In phone never say TAT Mode but freeze in Welcome Screen and move image.

I Think you need one E700 USB Cable.I Don't have
This model for test.If you have one USB to Rj45
cable Converter try connect by USB Port or try with
another samsung Version.( SamsungRocker_v1.16).
I have anothers tools for samsung.But try, I think you
can solve This.

Ok!Good work.This Solution work 100% in
all Listed Phones.But first is better try with
Box, If Box don't open we report Error in Model
For add this in Next Update.If you have test with
same vesions and don't Open, Rocker Samsung
Have one Bug in C417.Is good for Rocker this
Reports.
