Samsung e250v not unlocked - seems possible but not!!!!

Hello people, here I post a picture that shows that everything is fine, but when I turn on phone stay LOCKED...

I am using D800 cable, the phone enter in TAT Mode but never unlock this phone, tried downgrade COM Port to 2 but problem persist, tried E250 and E250D but same problem...on these models comunication Error.


I don't know what can I do...I'm using latest SAMSUNG Rocker version and nothing.


Any help? any idea?

is not firmware problem but chip
this model v have same firmware but chip is another.
in ns-pro or ust-pro you unlock e250e esasy only select
model and read inf. or unlock.
tested many times in ns pro and ust pro 100% ok

Friend! This model have another Chip
and firmware is not same is in e250.
This have new Firmware, and is not so
easy unlock lick old e250.

I think is not problem in Samsung Rocker.
The Program complect Unlock.You know
this. The Problem is in Phone,Same this
phones have any Bug and proccess is
ok but phone still Locked, But is not in
all this phones(e250v) same phones have
this problem.

yes, it's true, but final idea is that can't be unlocked. I am fan #1 to Rocker Dongle :-)

I have NS-PRO and UST-Pro, but if i have
only Samsung Rocker, I reset EEprom and
if phone after this lost Imei or Network I
Flash or repair. I This moment is only this.
Or try this: open program, select e250V
press, Do Job without cable, connect cable
to phone and press On.
In any case i think we need one solution
for unlock with Rocker Samsung and not
with another Box, is not necessary by all
Boxs.I think this have one solution.If I have
one this model i Try make unlock in Rocker.

then enter...

check the lock status...

No Friend! In 100 Phones 90 is
with IMEI in 00000000000000 Or Network
damage. And if you don't have One good
Tool for Repair IMEI or Network, this can be
a big problem. If I have this phone I don't have
any problem is test because I have all tools
for repair phone, but if any member don't have
is better don't put this codes.

nice advice, I won't try any code, I have seen other post that cause problem putting these codes. Thanks anyway people. It's a shame that Samsung Rocker not unlocked it as well.
