Try doing a full reset, enter *2767*3855# after phone reboots, then unlock it again.

Friend! Put original Sim card and check if phone have any
Security code,See Sim Lock if is dasativate.
If have any Code or passowrd reset all and try unlock again.
Use Data cable D800.I don't have tested lasted version.
But if in lasted version you have option Read info make this.
You can reset EEprom , but this in same cases damage IMEI
or Network.

Hello Friend! We know with NS-PRO and anothers
Boxs to Samsung this Phone is very easy to Unlock.
But in this moment we need test this with Rocker
Samsung for test this software and version.
I think is Important for all users that information.
Now Rocker Samsung is Free. If we have this Soft
without any bug is good, in this case all Buy Rocker
have Samsung Unlock Free and Good.
This tests is important for Rocker Team solve that
possible Bug.

Friend!If you Flash Phone after you can unlock.
Same Boxs need Flash First.In Samsung Rocker
I never try this Model.
If you need Flash i can send.
If I have any D900i I try see if Rocker Unlock or
not.I think unlock. But..

Friend!Wih lasted version you do'nt can Unlock
E250?This phone is very easy Unlock.You have
Correct Cable USB D800.Try with another version.
Check Com Port in Device Manager.Select in Samsung
Rocker same Com Port.

Friend! No problem, all sugestions is good.
But I think is better for all test and share all
information about PhonesRocker Samsung or
Motorola, and now LG.This is good for all.
In my case I have 3 Boxes to Samsung.
But if we can chane information with Rocker
Is better. One day we use olnly One Box
For 3 model Phones.For me is not very
important but for new users is good.
