Delete all modems and samsung drivers, then reinstall QUALCOM drivers.
This is possibly error in windows registry.

seems that exist some problems with this platform....I saw many post that Samsung Rocker says: "There is No (such qualcomm model) on selected Port"

happens to me with A737 and A736.......

with combo or QC mode....can't be unlock this A Series seems to be....some problems...
