V6 Maxx locked after Flash

Flashed a V6 maxx with a file from support, everything went well. When I powered it on it was locked, asking me for Subsidy Password

I really need help to unlock this, the customer keeps showing up asking me if his phone is ready . Someone save me

why Rocker team make reset subsidy code in flash?
in future try read some before make some with not unlockable phone.
