W375 Restarting after FFs Format

I unlocked this phone some days ago.
The owner brougt it back as it was showing call failed when call is tried.

Now I did FFs Format, and now phone is restarting - it will show Motorola Logo. goes off and shows the logo again.

What can I do now ??

Same day Infinity released update form this phone and i used the FFS format on infinity and phone is now ok.
Also the call failed is ok.
