V6 help needed

hi
got v6 for some reason no lcd , checked with other lcd +flex not working.
to flash mode it goes np.
frimware is R26117LD_U_98.60.02R
i have same v6 brand new and working and same version.
if i read full backup or monster pack , can i use it to reflash the bad v6 ?
or i will have issues with security area ?

reusable monster pack can be used without problem.

now im not so sure ....
i was sure it soft problem cuz phone went into boot mode but didnt power up ...
now it does power up but no lcd
and no lcd in boot mode....
any ideas ?
