w510 not unlockable

i have 3 pcs all of them correctly made testpoint entered in blank mode but bootloader version is not 03.00 it is 04.00 and regular flash bootloader version is 0C.50

PLZ help

already tried with got mstool ubl rocker dongle smart moto and mss no one support this

when unlocking with rocker it gets 73% and phone goes off

ROM4 phones are not supported. ROM4 family we noticed in following models by now :

W510,
L9 SLVR
V3RoHS Edge (V3 06)

For now there is no use trying if phone shows 0.4.0.0 bootcore version in blank mode.

i zorry for new rom4, but for all user, the flash of w510 working fine.
