Problem with F3 Unlocker

I have got a silly problem with the F3 Unlocker.

I press Unlock button, it switches to stop button, smart card blinks and button goes back to "Unlock".
I don't start to send boot. I see only "sending boot" and nothing happens.

With the first phones everything was ok (already unlocked 7 F3), but now I have always this problem and don't know how to solve it.

I tried it on 4 different PCs with XP Pro SP2 and another card reader too. Still the same.

Yes, exactly the same with Vers. 1.00 and 1.01

If phone was never powered on before with alien sim card - please do so in order to apply flex before unlocking.

This is not a phone or cable problem coz even without cable or phone f3 unlocker tries to send boot and for me it don't!

very strange.
in this case only legija can help you.
but,i'am have one sugestion.
just try.
one odm rocker version don't want unlock c261 phone with winXP,but work perfectly with win2000.
and same problem,like your problem with F3
try if this is not same with your problem.
check also card counter.

But I already unlocked 7 PCS with WinXP and I don't have a Win2k PC And for And for others it is working under xp fine.

For card counter check attachment, but for me all seems to be fine

Ok, legija helped me to solve this problem.

one pin of my cable was not ok but now everything is working and I unlocked the phone

Sometimes, i get also problems like this. I found the reasons were
F3 should be in Boot mode.(And we cannot check it).
Connection should be 100%.

There is nothing else.

Right, but I was sure that cable is ok coz I already unlocked some phone before with it.

just had tryed unlock procedure - ALLWAYS had "can't change the bautrate" or "communications error". Try all ports (direct RS2332, FTDI-chip) - CAN'T MAKE UNLOCK!
