i cant even boot it
the soft doesnt recognize it and it turns on normally

usuall if soft can't read phone display some like boot error e.t.c.
in your case check cable conection,corect com port selection e.t.c.

sorry i think i didnt make it clear enough
this phone works ok on att/cingular need to be unlocked in order to work here
not any software work on it
when phone should boot it powers on normally and software keeps on power on message

used three type of cables all of them working on other models

check also phone jack.
if you have unibox,after software send data to phone(geen led blink)when you press power from phone red led start blink.
after power on mesage ,press shortly power key.
after this you can see prograss bar.
if not connect and phone power on,press power off(don't remowe batery).
try change baud rate,this can help also.
if can't connect to phone show boot error or some like this.
if don't show nothing and phone power on,sure you have problem with conection.

i think is new boot or damaged comunication lines in phone jack port cause i tried everything you said

Try clean phone connector with isopropilic alcohol and air, even you can try to clean with some cotton with alcohol and a little stick to get into the jack.
I also notice that some phones you have to press power key inmedietly after program says to do so, and not always you do it at once, mostly after 3 or 4 tries.

usualy wait some time(2-3sec.) after apair power on

i have a furious and rocker box both with leds indicators and a ftdi cable without indicator all ofg them working good have just unlocked some c261 with them i have the phone no more but if i get a new one will try to change port

What is the rocker box? is it the motorola rocker cable that was used with ultimabox?

no its a box instead of a dongle, this box has smartcard and usb and rj45 connector, sold by ipmart, but I did not get it to work 100% (driver), yet.
