odm works moto doesnt work

hi guys i got this problem
i have activated mycard for all motorolla through rocker dongle client 102
a long time ago but never used the software , now when i tried using All odm and even F3 unlocker works but MOTOROCKER and IMEIROCKER cant find card. please help
