To unlock phone, connect it in flash mode to PROLIFIC based interface, Press BIG button and wait for "Unlocked OK" message.

If phone was never powered on before with alien sim card - please do so in order to apply flex before unlocking.

Please download "UnlockF3_100.exe" from support.

use last version from support.
check your cable@baudrate.
not work with serial com1 or 2 port's
need usb-rs232 convertor.
use ftdi or prolific cable.

just go to support and download it...off course you need rockerdongle

hm.....if you haven`t rockerdongle you are totaly wrong here, cause this is supportsection for rockerdongle....F3 unlocksoftware is an addon for rockerdongle..there is no free way to unlock f3
