La caja me da este error en windows xp:
"El concentrador no tiene la energia suficiente para operar UFS Device, (c) SarasSoft

@leiver, pls be more explicit with your error, and don't use online translator, the frase doesn't makes any sense in english.

Ok, the box no run, no open odm software and and no can upgrade the software for change imei, you can help me? and this secction is sopport or what?

Spanish: si no posteo varias veces no me prestan atencion y no soy el unico que tiene problemas con su caja. gracias.

Have you try to install box in other computer? Maybe if box it's running on a notebook platform usb ports doesn't have enough power to supply the box, install the box in another computer, a desktop computer, regards.-


Has probado instalar la box en otro equipo? Tal vez si lo estas corriendo en una notebook no le de la capacidad a los puertos usb, prueba en otro equipo que sea de escritorio, saludos.-

La caja me da este error en windows xp:

ami me pasa lo mismo desde hace rato lo que yo hago es conectar el tel en otro puerto no el de la caja y la trabajo a manera dongle con la caja conectada como llave no conecto nada a la caja como si fuera vieja cuando venian dongle

el problema es que los modulos de odm no me los abre y la opcio para ir a soporte no se activa y no tengo los ultimos programas para cambiar imei y ya he quemado varios equipor P2K, agradesco tu ayuda.

Muchachos este foro es solo en ingles, esta el soporte para espaņol no hagan que los baneen o algo asi. Debes actualizar los modulos para que funcione correctamente, estos corrigen el error del limite de tiempo que hace que no inicie el ODM Rocker.

Guys, please post only in english, there's a spanish forum under the ultima box forum already to speak spanish, becuase you may get banned or something like that. You should update ODM Rocker to last version from support, this removes the time limit bug.

sabes cual es la solucion para los odm antiguos es tirar la fecha haci atras entedes fijate que al costado abajo esta la fecha habri tirala para atras un mes i andan los odm antiguos salu2 sergio de argentina

la box trabaja en parte bueno pero no han podido corregir ese bug de imei de los v3,l6i,e2 y los odm osea los alcateles se apagan con darles unlock direct y encuanto a mandar el fireware al soporte ya lo he mandado por hay 15 veces y nada que sacan un modulo de imei de p2k bien bueno como la rock5
