ADDR Failed

I got E770 phone stuck on motorola.I tried to flash through TP.When i click Write Package its says ADDR Failes.Why is that?

You cannot flash blank phone just like that.
First click repair to restore pds and bootcore, then phone should enter flash mode.

i done it sir but same error.I can enter to flash mode.In flash mode getting same error

But Your phone is in BLANK mode.
It should show "S-Flash ...." instead of "S-Blank..." .

why you make TP?
you try forced boot metod before?
you make TP corectly?
if you insert cable in phone(with batery but not powered),software detect your phone
automaticaly,or you can enter in flash mode and see some in phone lcd?

Yes orbita i can enter to flash mode.
I made a tp coz of phone wont detect.After made tp only phone got detected.but cant flash if i click write packege software says ADDR error

IS that HW fault?
