I cannot log on to Rocker Dongle Support
The message i get is ''IP address has been chaged, will not allow multiple users''.
Im using a broad band ADSL
I have 4 PCs atached to the same internet line
My dongle id is - 7F43B9BAF88E6A46
How will I prevent this problem from occuriong in the future

Please check with Your ISP if they have some kind of proxy for heavy downloads.

On some providers there is a system which switch user to new IP if download is "heavy".

i only gave him some support that day
he has 4 diffrent pc attach to one internet connection
so 4 diffrent ip address
so cannot download from any site
so i suggest to download from main pc where the main internet cable is attached and at time of downloading to shut down other 3 pc maybe it can work or what u say zaheer

don't do this.
your acount can be blocked.
after you will cry here about blocked acount and bad rocker support.
if you open one time support,and after open from other PC same support,and first opened still runing.......

meens your provider ip,not local area network ip.
in internet all see your provider ip,not your local computer IP.
for example now you here,corect?
