but why did it happen? I tested dongle before sending to customer, and it was ok, when he tried to use it, said that was ocurring an error, and sent me screenshot..

paying shipping to you, then pay ship back to me would be more than tool is worth. pls figure out a way to make it work here, send back to you is not an option.
