cant enter to rockerdongle/turbo-supporing sites

I cant enter rockerdongle/turbo-supporting sites.once its logged successfully.now i cant enter site it says

Your dongle is not activated to access Turbo Support.
To activate it, run Dongle Client from "Turbo Support Setup"
And activate counter on last slot.

you have only dongle,or dongle upgrade for ultima box?
if you have ultima box and dongle as update,connect ultima and after you can activate this slot.
